PLEASE READ BOOKING POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY❗️❗️❗️ Customer Etiquette Policy In order to ensure the comfort of all our clients, we do not permit children/additional guests in the salon. MESSY FOOD or DRINKS and overuse of mobile phones during service that will hinder service is not permitted. Not adhering to this policy may require rescheduling the appointment and could lead to a late cancellation fee. Privacy Policy Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties. Right to Refuse Policy  Our salon has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business. Health and Safety Policy The safety of everyone in the salon is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, skin conditions and allergies we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. Pricing Policy Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation. Payment Policy   Deposits must be paid to book an appointment!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Respecting both your time and ours is crucial. If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Notifying us after this timeframe will result in a charge of 30% cancellation fee. Latecomer Policy Being punctual is crucial. We allow a strict 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling if your service cannot be accommodated within the remaining time, and it will result in a late cancellation fee. No Show Policy Kindly note that our salon enforces a policy where any no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of COST OF THE BOOKED SERVICE. Refund Policy If you are dissatisfied with your service, we are committed to resolving any issues. However, please note that refunds are not provided due to the nature of the service. If an emergency arises and I am unable to fulfill your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be reimbursed, and a 10% discount will be extended if you reschedule for the same service.
